Boecia Talent ("we") recruits software and AI engineers for companies. This policy explains what personal data we collect through boeciatalent.com, why, and your rights.

What we collect
- Companies: name, work email, company name and website, hiring needs and anything you write in the form.
- Candidates: name, email, country and city, role, experience, technologies, English level, salary expectation, availability, LinkedIn and GitHub or portfolio links, and your CV if you choose to upload it.
- Website visits: basic, anonymous visit statistics without cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics) and standard security logs kept by our hosting provider.
We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not include it in your CV or messages.
Why we use it
- To reply to companies and prepare quotes.
- To contact candidates about roles that match their profile.
- To share a candidate's profile with a company, only after the candidate agrees for that specific role.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We use your data only with your consent, given through the checkbox in our forms. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who processes it for us
- Tally (form provider, data stored in the European Union)
- Zoho (email)
- Cloudflare (website hosting and anonymous analytics)
- Google (spreadsheet and file storage, if used for our internal records)
These providers act on our instructions. Some store data outside Colombia; we only use providers with recognised security and data protection standards.
How long we keep it
- Candidate profiles: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted unless you ask us to keep them.
- Company requests: up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer if we sign an agreement and the law requires it.
Your rights
Under Colombian law (Ley 1581 de 2012) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you can ask to know, access, update, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent, and receive a copy of your data. Write to hello@boeciatalent.com. We reply within 15 business days.
You can also complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (Colombia) or to your local data protection authority in the EU.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The forms are provided by Tally, which may use strictly necessary cookies to work.
Age
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
